Cristiano Ronaldo was voted as Manchester United’s Man of the Match against Newcastle having scored a brace on his Reds return.

Javier Manquillo equalised for the visitors after the restart, but this day belonged to Ronaldo and our iconic no.7 restored the lead with a powerful shot that flew through the legs of Woodman.
Bruno Fernandes made it 3-1 with a stunning strike from range and, deep into added time, substitute Jesse Lingard rounded off the win with an impressive effort into the far corner.
Shortly after the final whistle on Saturday, a jubilant Ronaldo used his personal Instagram account to send this message to his 340million followers around the world.
