GOVERNOR OBASEKI MUST IDENTIFY AND AVOID THEM:

Comrade Osazee Edigin AICMC writes from Useh village of Egor Local Government Area.

Most of the people close to Governor Obaseki have only sustained their relevance in government by making the governor see dissenting voices as his enemies thereby causing acrimony all the time.

While the governor was sueing for peace and reconciliation within his party recently, the commissioner for information and orientation had wanted to ignite another round of trouble. It was Albert Obazee that cautioned him, noting that, such would be counter-productive to the governor’s intention towards peaceful resolution within the party.

To some of them, whoever speaks on issues not in favour of government is termed being sponsored or an enemy of government just to feel good in the eyes of the governor. They continually do this because many of them are empty and have nothing to offer in adding value to governance.

Same set of people practically created all the issues from when the governor was in APC and they continued in PDP. They will promote discord and create issues that are not really there for the governor to begin to see dissenting or opposite views as his enemies. They become irrelevant when there is peace and harmony within. They are not currently happy that the governor is taking steps in resolving the internal issues within the party.

They will always tell the governor to crush the perceived enemies when dialogue would have been employed in resolving many of the issues. Some of these people used it to clinch the office of the commissioner and other political appointments and have continued in it to be seen as the true lovers and protector of the governor.

THESE SET OF PEOPLE SHOULD BE AVOIDED BY THE GOVERNOR AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL BE THE FIRST TO THROW THE STONE AT HIM TOMORROW WHEN POWER SHIFTS.
